optimising production planning, stock management and procurement. Production Planner uses advanced artificial intelligence for this and builds on the forecasts that are made with FCast™. It helps you decide how much to produce, using which production resources and with which batch size.
Receive automated production proposal
The production proposals are tailored to minimise the risk of no-sale and spoilage. The production can be planned per production line via a drag and drop system. When planning production work, the application presents the most efficient options first.
Plan your production in accordance with the proposal or your own discretion
KPIs such as the risk of surplus and the risk of no-sale are shown immediately when entering the planning. Production tasks are placed automatically on the first available position on the selected production line. You can also choose to drag a task and
schedule this at another time. Setup and conversion times will be automatically added to the production time. Employees can also be linked to the production planner.
Keep an overview of your most important KPIs
See at a glance your most important planning-related KPIs, such as production costs, overtime levels, stock value, anticipated loss through stock spoilage and the anticipated number of no-sales. The KPIs are visible at both production and total level.
